Every customer, one place.
Conversaya is a CRM for a small sales team. Connect the mailbox and calendar you already use, and every message and meeting is filed against the person and the company it belongs to. An assistant reads what you don't have time to read, and you approve anything it wants to send.
Sign in with your work accountHow the work moves
- DiscoverYou add a person, or an assistant finds one and asks you before filing them.
- EngageA first message goes out from your own mailbox, after you approve it.
- NurtureReplies land back on the record, in the thread you can open and read yourself.
- QualifySomebody on your team decides whether the person is a fit. Nothing is scored behind your back.
- BookA time the two of you agreed becomes a meeting on your calendar.
What it connects to
Gmail or Outlook, and the calendar that comes with it. Reading is all we ask for when you sign in, so the app can file your conversations and see that a meeting was booked. It never writes to your calendar and it never changes anything in your mailbox.
Sending is a separate decision. You turn it on in Settings, we show you the exact address that will be able to send, and Google asks you again before it happens. Until then nothing can leave your mailbox.
What happens to your mail
We store the messages we read, because a conversation history you cannot open is not one. None of it is sold and none of it is advertised against. The assistant does send the text of a message to the model that reads it, and the policy names which model that is. You can delete what we synced from Settings whenever you want, and disconnecting asks Google to drop our access on the spot.
